Q: Can I order kombucha with my Nuthera® meal plan?

Yes, but please note: kombucha is delivered only once on your selected date, while meal plans are delivered daily. These will likely arrive on different days.

Q: What time will kombucha arrive?

All kombucha orders are delivered between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Q: How do I know my delivery date?

You’ll select your preferred delivery date at checkout via the calendar.

The date applies to kombucha only, not your meal plan.

Q: Can I choose a delivery date earlier than what’s shown?

If your flavor is back in stock earlier, we’ll message you — otherwise, delivery begins on the next available open date.

Q: Should I refrigerate it immediately?

Yes! Kombucha must be kept cold. Please refrigerate it right away upon delivery to preserve freshness.
