Nuthera offers various meal plan programs to suit different lifestyles and needs. Our Meal Plan Programs are offered in different caloric tiers and sizes as well.

Signature Meal Plan Programs Our tried and tested Signature Meal Plans since 2014 are the perfect complement to your health goals and needs

Please note, our commitment to freshness and quality means that occasionally, menu items may change due to the availability of ingredients and sourcing. For our Custom Meal Plan enthusiasts, rest assured that any changes will always respect your stated preferences and dietary needs.

You can place orders thru our website www.nuthera.ph. Please make sure to select a booking date.

We have a 2-day lead time for our Standard Meal Plans However, as an exception, you may book your Monday meals for Standard Meal Plans until Saturday. and a 3-day lead time for Custom Meal Plans, Family Trays, Snacks and Add-Ons (ex. last day of ordering for Monday meals is on Friday).

You can also message our Support Team to check if you can still be included on your preferred booking date.

Delivery

We're excited to bring our fresh, delicious meals right to your doorstep, whether you're nestled in the heart of Metro Manila or residing in the charming areas of Rizal, including Cainta and Lower Antipolo. Our goal is to ensure that no matter where you are in these regions, Nuthera's wholesome meals are just a delivery away.

For our valued customers living outside these areas, we're more than happy to go the extra mile. We can arrange deliveries through a third-party courier to make sure you don’t miss out on our nutritious and delectable meals. In these cases, the additional delivery fees would be managed by you, ensuring transparency and flexibility in our services.

If you're unsure about whether your area is within our delivery scope, please don't hesitate to send us a message. We're here to assist and ensure that your experience with Nuthera is seamless, from placing your order to enjoying your meal. Please be aware that deliveries to areas outside our usual scope may incur additional fees, but we will always communicate this clearly and promptly.

Your Monday meals will arrive on Sunday, anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our delivery schedule is designed to ensure your meals are as fresh as they can be when you're ready to enjoy them.

We understand that your time is precious, which is why we ask to have someone available to receive your meals. Our dedicated riders will wait for up to 10 minutes upon arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of your fresh, delicious meals.

Payment

We offer a variety of payment methods, tailored to suit your preferences:

Credit Card: For quick and easy transactions.
Debit Card: A hassle-free way to pay directly from your bank account.
GCash: A popular mobile payment option for on-the-go convenience.
Bank Transfer: For those who prefer traditional banking methods.
All payments made via debit card, credit card, and GCash are securely processed through our reliable online payment gateways, ensuring every transaction is safe and smooth.

If you opt for Bank Transfer, we kindly ask that you provide Proof of Payment. This helps us ensure that your payment is accurately recorded and your meal delivery is uninterrupted.

Please note, we prioritize your safety and security; hence, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments via check or cash.

Subscription

We understand that flexibility is key to a busy lifestyle. That's why we offer the convenience of adjusting your delivery day or meal quantity each week to seamlessly align with your ever-changing schedule.

Need to switch your delivery day, skip a week, or take a pause? No problem! You can make these changes easily, up to 2 full days before your scheduled delivery.

While we maintain a no cancellation, no refund policy to ensure the freshness and quality of our meals, we also understand that sometimes, life happens.

If you find yourself needing to pause or adjust your delivery days, our Customer Support Team is always ready to assist you. We aim to make every aspect of your Nuthera experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. (see section on MEALS AND SUBSCRIPTION).

In special circumstances, we do consider refund requests for unconsumed subscriptions. These requests are subject to approval, as we reserve the right to either grant or refuse them based on our discretion. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please inform us at least 3 days or 36 hours prior to the start of the period you wish to be refunded for.

In the case of approved refunds, please note that any fees incurred by Nuthera during payment processing will be deducted from the total refund amount. This includes, but is not limited to, payment gateway and bank processing fees.
