What types of meal plans do you have?

We cater to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements with our diverse meal plan programs, available in different caloric tiers to match your lifestyle needs. Need a hand picking the right one? Our Nutritionist-Dietitians are on standby to guide you​​.

Can I pause my subscription?

Need to hit pause on your meals? Just give us a three-day heads up, and we'll handle the rest, helping to reduce waste and plan better.

Do you guarantee customer satisfaction?

Our goal is total satisfaction. If your meal doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, get in touch right away. We're committed to making it right for you.

How can I place an order?

You can place orders thru our website www.nuthera.ph. Please make sure to select a booking date.

You can also send us a message via our customer support email (support@nuthera.ph), hotline (0917-777-7657) or thru our social media accounts via Facebook and Instagram.

What is your order cut-off time?

We have a 2-day lead time for our Standard Meal Plans However, as an exception, you may book your Monday meals for Standard Meal Plans until Saturday. and a 3-day lead time for Custom Meal Plans, Family Trays, Snacks and Add-Ons (ex. last day of ordering for Monday meals is on Friday).

You can also message our Support Team to check if you can still be included on your preferred booking date.
