- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snack:
- Option 1: 1200 - 1400 kcal
- Option 2: 1500 - 1700 kcal
- Option 3: 1800 - 2000 kcal
B. Flexible Plans (2 meals/day or 3 meals/day)
For those who prefer a more intuitive approach to dieting, our flexible plans offer the freedom to choose from 2 or 3 meals per day based on your lifestyle needs. While these plans are designed to be less rigid, detailed calorie information is readily available on our menu page should you choose to monitor your intake closely.

NOTE: For those with specific medical dietary needs, our therapeutic lines, such as the Diabetic plan (5 meals/day) and the Heart-Healthy plan (4 meals/day), are tailored to provide targeted nutritional support.
