Ordered this meal plan for my grandmother who has hypertension to encourage her to eat more, and it was a success. According to her, delivery was timely and the food tasted great (even the snacks)! Her only concern was that she personally found some recipes to be a little bit “spicy”. Communication from Nuthera was also on point! I highly recommend it!
I love that I don’t have to rack my brain and try to eat healthy, with the additional time-consuming part about cooking. I do wish that the dishes were labeled, or that the menu was included with the shipment, but this is an excellent way to eat healthier. The low-carb & diabetic menus were not as “low-carb” as I needed them to be, so hopefully they can make these choices more user friendly. Overall, great service!
