My 1st order from Nuthera was the Food Intolerance meal plan, and I subscribed to it because I am on an Elimination Diet. I sent Nuthera my Food Sensitivity Results and the Nutrition Care Plan, and I feel that it was followed well.
I seriously loved the food, and I never found it boring. Eating quality food made me feel more confident about myself. I was also saved from the stress of thinking what and how to cook (I don't know how to cook). I didn't have to worry what I'll be eating for the day, and the 2 meals a day for 7x a week worked so well with me. The food was always balanced, it had fruits and vegetables (just like how it was indicated in my Nutrition Care Plan), protein and the like. I'm not being fed with rice even if I'm not allergic to it (I'm good with that, because I'm trying to lose weight, too).
In comparison, I actually subscribed to a much cheaper food delivery service last Jan-Feb 2022. But I noticed that there were days when I felt full and there were days when I didn't feel full. They also kept feeding me with brown rice that was so hard to chew and digest - especially that I don't have gall bladder anymore, so I had more difficulty digesting. On the other hand, the food from Nuthera kept me constantly feeling full - that makes me think that I'm getting enough nutrients that I need. They even sliced my food to bits that made it easier for me to chew and digest; that made me feel so cared for. I felt that they understood my struggle of being unable to digest big foods, so they even did the effort of cutting/slicing them to small bits for me. 🙂
Also, because of my previous food delivery service, I became hesitant to order from food delivery services again because it also caused me indigestion (as I was unable to digest and absorb the food well - sometimes they gave me pasta, or brown rice that were hard for me to digest). But Nuthera has restored my faith in food delivery services.
Overall, I've had a truly great experience with Nuthera. I would love to subscribe for life to make sure that I get the nutrients I need. But my only concern is the price - it is the major stumbling block that's making me think twice before subscribing again. But, so far, so great! Thank you! ❤
