    A. Fixed Calorie-Computed Programs (4 Meals Per Day)

    • Option 1: 1,200 - 1,400 kcal
    • Option 2: 1,500 - 1,700 kcal
    • Option 3: 1,800 - 2,000 kcal

    B. Flexible Plans (2 or 3 Meals Per Day)

    • Regular Size Meals: approx ~350-500 kcal per meal
    • Plus Size Meals: approx ~500-700 kcal per meal
