As someone with PCOS, it has always been difficult for me to find a meal plan provider that offers meals specifically designed for people with PCOS. When I came across Nuthera, I decided to give it a try. Although it’s a bit on the pricier side, I found it worth it because of the quality of their meals and the convenience they provide. I also appreciate that they offer flexible payment options, including credit cards, which made subscribing much easier.
When it comes to the food, I can honestly say it’s worth it. Most of my meals didn’t come with rice, and as someone who usually eats rice with every meal, I was surprised that I still felt full and satisfied. I also noticed that my cravings became less frequent, and I no longer felt lethargic after eating. Before starting the meal plan, I would often feel sluggish after meals, but with Nuthera’s meals, I felt more energized throughout the day.
The delivery service was also very convenient since they start delivering around 3:00 PM, which fits well with my work schedule. We did encounter a small issue when I wasn’t home and there was no one available to receive my meals. However, I really appreciated how accommodating they were—especially the delivery driver. When he found out that no one was available to receive the delivery at my house, he even suggested booking a Lalamove so my meals could still be delivered to my office. I really appreciated the extra effort to make sure I received my meals without any hassle.
One suggestion I have is that if you have special requests or concerns similar to mine, it’s best to contact them by phone. Based on my experience, they’re very responsive when you call. I also tried reaching them through email, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, but they weren’t as responsive on those platforms.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Nuthera, and I’m very satisfied with both their food and their customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient, high-quality, and PCOS-friendly meal plan.
