My wife has been having a very hard time losing weight, managing her hormones, dealing with puffiness, and all number of issues due to her PCOS. She was fasting almost 20 hours a day and still not seeing much in the way of results. However, after just a week of eating the PCOS plan meals, she has seen an improvement across all areas. It's been really great to see and, for the first time in awhile, she starting to remember what it feels like to feel good. On our second week now and can't wait to see how much further she improves! Also started on a meal plan myself.
