The "New Year, New Me" Never Really Works

It is true that change is the only constant thing in this world.
We change our attitude, our focus, our job, our hair color, our eating habits, our exercise habits, our relationships and even our physical location. Whatever our resolution is for this year, may it be rooted in self-love.
Change, not because you hate yourself for being too timid, or lousy, or fat, or thin, or unhealthy. Change, because above all else, you love yourself enough to say "no more" to bad habits that hinder you to the person you've always dreamt of.

Say good bye to all that "new year, new me". You don't need a new you—just someone who continuously chooses to be better.
Then and only then will you find the right reason to change. You will become, you will BE.
