Paleo Manila® meals are made from scratch—from the baked goods down to the sauces and dressings—and takes out the processed ingredients from its customers’ daily diet to encourage not only weight loss but overall healing from inside out. Meal plans run for a minimum of one (1) week or five days, with each daily set including five meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.
