Life is a series of choices.
From the moment we wake up up to going to bed, we constantly have questions in our heads -- should I snooze my alarm or get up? Should I wear this tie or keep it casual? Gym after work or skip workout? Cook dinner or buy outside? Go to bed early or do something else? And the cycle goes on the next day.
Consciously or unconsciously, these choices make us. The thing is, not all choices are as easy as "snooze alarm or get up?". Some require time, effort and commitment. A lot of it.
I've heard a lot of people saying "It's hard to lose weight". This is definitely 100.1% true.
It entails body sores, endless sweating and panting and contolled-portions of meals. Sometimes, you even have to close your eyes when passing by your favorite fast food chain. You got to have an extra ounce of self-control (Just kidding. You need tons.) to remain faithful with this lifestyle shift.
Yes, it's hard to lose weight, but so is being overweight.
It's hard to lose weight but so is feeling constantly conscious of your belly fat. It's hard to lose weight but so is having to endure consequences brought about by counterintuitive eating. It's hard to lose weight but so is feeling sluggish. You see, both options are hard.
Choose your hard. We hope you'd go after the latter. Yes, it won't be easy. There will be times when you'll feel like giving up. But during those days, we hope you'll have one thing in mind-- there's no other way to go but forward. It's the process that makes the outcome sweet.
It will be worth it. It will make you better.
